Cypress Garden Villas in Kefalonia is a complex of five independent holiday homes, newly renovated (end of 2016), each with a private garden and a common entrance/driveway.
Located in ​​Svoronata Livathos area, a short distance from Avithos and Ai Helis beaches, the complex offers 2 types of units: the Deluxe Studio Zefyros (32 sqm.) and the villas Mimosa, Magnolia, Rosemary and Ostria all consisting of one bedroom and a total size of 50 sqm.
All our holiday homes are completely independent and offer terraces / verandas overlooking a private garden. All villas have an open private parking space within the estate.
Internally, the villas are all air-conditioned and feature a living / dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom and a spacious master bedroom.
In the living room the sofa turns easily into a bed for 2 people, ideal for younger children.
A short walk from the complex you will find many facilities such as restaurants, mini markets and car rental companies.

Our apartment complex is located in the Livathos Svoronata region, just 4 km from the international airport of Kefalonia, and a short distance from the famous beaches of Avithos and Ai Helis, which along with the sandy beaches of Ammes, Minies and Spasmata boast the blue flag.
A short walk from the complex you will have easy access to many facilities such as restaurants, mini-market and rental agencies.
The anchorage of Agia Pelagia, where you can "escape" for a daily cruise, is just 3 km far. The capital Argostoli is 9 km away, while a 5/10 minute drive will take you to the most beautiful sandy beaches of the southern part of the island.

Cypress Garden Villas, completely renovated in late 2016, is a complex of 5 independent holiday homes located in the village of Svoronata just 4 km from Kefalonia International Airport. The complex is located in a natural setting of over 1 acre, with mulberry trees, cypress and olive trees.
The Deluxe Studio Zefyros has recently undergone a total renovation providing a surprising result and high-end services. This studio is ideal for younger couples, and offers a terrace with pergola and a beautiful view of the garden and the vineyard. Internally it consists of a large open space with a double bed and a fully equipped kitchenette, fridge / freezer, dining table, and all appliances and utensils to cook your meals. A small sofa easily turns into a single bed that can accommodate a child up to 6 years without any additional cost. The size of the double bed is 160 cm x 200 cm with orthopedic mattress, while the sides of the bed have hidden lighting. A spacious private bathroom with shower, A / C fitted with air ionizers and antibacterial filters, TV LED 28'' with satellite channels. The Wi-Fi is included for free.
The villas Mimosa, Magnolia, Rosemary and Ostria are all tastefully decorated and ideal for couples or families with children. They offer a sunny veranda overlooking the private garden and a large parking area inside the complex. Internally there is an open plan lounge with TV, sofa bed for 2, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with oven and hob, and with all appliances and utensils to cook your meals. The spacious bedroom has a double bed with orthopedic mattress and a double closet. There is also a private bathroom with a bath and a glass panel for shower use. Air conditioning is fitted with air ionizers and antibacterial filters.
